Turnstone One is a private system. Every account on it was created deliberately, by somebody at Turnstone, for somebody with a reason to be here.
Turnstone colleagues
Sign in with your Turnstone Microsoft 365 account. Your role decides what opens, from the hub and the registers through to control of change, onboarding and the IT support queue.
Role mapped from your Entra group
Client organisations
Sign in with the account Turnstone provisioned for you. You get your own work, your own documents and your own requests, and nothing that belongs to anybody else.
Scoped to your organisation
Everybody else
There is no self service account and no public registration. If you think you should be able to get in, speak to your Turnstone contact or the platform administrator.

How access works
The front door is Microsoft’s, and it is locked
Turnstone One holds no password of its own. Identity is Microsoft Entra ID, your organisation’s policies apply exactly as they are written, and what your role permits is checked on the server for every request rather than merely hidden from the menu.

You are provisioned
Turnstone creates the account in Microsoft Entra ID and assigns the role. Nobody arrives here on their own.

Single sign on through Microsoft 365, with multi factor and conditional access applied by your own tenant, exactly as your policies are written.

Role and group mapping is checked on the server for every request, so the navigation and the data always agree about what you may open.
